I’ve been taking a lot of time for deep meditative yoga, and it is doing wonders for my body. I have not eaten restaurant food in over a month, and I feel lighter for it every day. Yesterday I took some time to get pampered at the spa. I got a haircut, a massage, a manicure, and a pedicure all for just $100! I’m not really the type to spend a lot of money on grooming, but occasionally a day like that is the perfect compliment to all the other good habits I engage in. 💅
I advise you to stay in tune with your body, and listen to its needs. The body will tell you when it is exhausted. The mind will tell you when it is completely depleted of energy. When you experience these symptoms of burn out, give yourself what you know you need. You must make the effort to give yourself the time and attention you deserve, so that you can be the happiest and healthiest version of yourself every day.
It is a journey, a very long one, but the intention is to start somewhere, and know that you will eventually find your way. 🧭

Honestly this awful “social stigma” around using OnlyFans is manufactured by some EXTREMELY nefarious forces. First of all, the “Manosphere” toxic masculinity-incel movement that seeks to shame men into behaving like complete assholes toward women so that they are isolated and easily manipulated. They are seeking to brainwash men into constant anger and resentment, in order to build a fascist rightwing army to protect the patriarchy. It’s a pipeline that leads to more and more extreme views and violence against women. Elliot Rogers and others who have engaged in mass acts of violence against women were conditioned by this rhetoric.
Manufacturing hatred toward women in any capacity, but ESPECIALLY those whose work is about sexual liberation and confidence is central to that movement. Also the sex traf-fickers and capitalists who control the traditional porn industry despise independent creators being empowered by OnlyFans and other platforms, and they are also putting propaganda out there to shame guys into feeling guilty about using platforms where they can’t steal all the profits from performers, and lure them back into the exploitative free porn model where they make all the profit.
Using free porn sites is EXPLOITATIVE, both toward the performers who aren’t seeing one dime from their work after the initial payment, and especially those who are the victims of revenge porn and/or sex trafficking.
Using this site should make you feel good about compensating independent small business owners who are verified, instead of these very problematic other sources of adult content. 🥰
What makes OnlyFans different from any other platform where creators are directly compensated for their work? Why is it viewed any differently than Patreon for investigative journalism or art or travel or other genres? Quite simply it is misogyny, religious fundamentalist Puritanism and patriarchal male ego.
These mentalities originated in the dark corners of the internet like 4chan, 8chan, etc. Using terms like “simps” and “white knights” and “stans” and other gross names for men who actually treat women with dignity and respect, was a toxic behavior in misogynist circles long before it was co-opted by the far right incel movement and became as outwardly anti-feminist, fascist and violent as it is now.
People who get ensnared by this garbage obviously care about what other people think about them far more than I do, and if they want to live their lives in that prison, it’s their choice. 🤷🏻♀️
I’m really sick of this degrading double standard toward OnlyFans creators. We live in a world now where content creators of all varieties are FINALLY fairly compensated for their work instead of having capitalist managers/production companies/owners of many varieties STEAL the majority of their profits or their work.
Why are we singled out for smearing? Why are guys *only* pathetic if they support us, but not video game streamers or YouTubers or social media influencers?
People need the service of witnessing a healthier version of sexuality, now more than ever. ❤️
Why isn’t there a huge movement of people online who are making videos shaming Mukbang content creators or others who promote blatantly self-destructive behaviors? Why are there now countless YouTube videos and message boards dedicated to smearing sex workers and men who seek their company? I think the answer is very clear to those with the intellectual and emotional capacity to discern it.
I have fans of so many different varieties here. Some are happily married, some are couples, some are unhappy in sexless relationships and still crave intimacy while their partners don’t, some are LGBTQ+, some are single and want someone they can talk to about things that are not comfortable to talk about with those they know in real life, and some are your everyday guy who understands that paying an independent creator is a better way of consuming adult content than participating in mass exploitation. Universally labeling an entire demographic of people as the same is a symptom of a small and reactionary mind.
People use this platform for a variety of reasons. I have interacted with people from every walk of life from almost every country where OnlyFans is present. Anyone who thinks they understand the psychological motivations of all OnlyFans users is quite frankly…one-dimensional in their thinking.
I write this to combat the shame some of you have shared with me about using this platform. I want to encourage you to feel as good about watching the content that I make as I feel about making it for you. ❤️

But on days when my cup is not as full, I take a break from work and the screens, and engage in activities that are restorative to my physical and mental well-being.
Relying on others to pick me up from my poor mood has never been something I’m comfortable with. I will treat my physical pain by stretching or soaking in hot water, etc. I will treat my emotional pain by exercising the demons away, or working with a therapist, or preparing healthful meals that heal me from the inside out with every bite. 🥰
I call on nature to nourish any restlessness inside of me. There are endless options for stress relief in this world, both for physical and emotional ailments. When life doesn’t feel comfortable, utilize these natural medicines.
Do anything other than sit with the misery, or worse, bring your negative energy to those in your life. We all need someone to lean out when something extraordinarily bad happens. That is very different than making others into reservoirs for us to dump our negative thoughts and feelings into constantly, especially when we make no real effort to change our circumstances.
Dwelling and obsessing over something, or living with awful pain is so often a choice. It is so much easier in the long run to do something difficult like break a toxic pattern, than to live life *stuck* in a toxic pattern.
In this video I soak up nature’s steroid, vitamin D, letting it vibrate through my cells, energizing my soul. I soak in cooling water, defying gravity on earth by floating in its embrace. I think there is something so exclusive about sunrises, it’s something you’re only going to see if you’re dedicated. However I have not always been that dedicated. 😅
Luckily here in Costa Rica, being so close to the equator and the continental divide means the sun rises early and sets early, around the same time all year round. We have no time zones, and no daylight savings. Our global time zone is central standard, in case you were ever curious. 😉
I’ve adjusted my sleep schedule to be more aligned with the natural flow of the sun, which was easy due to how exposed I am to it. It feels good having a normal sleep schedule, but more importantly, I am now privileged to witnessing both sunrises and sunsets! 🌞

Self love is a journey that never stops evolving. Although it never ends, it does require you to begin. There is no better time than the present to halt repetition of that negative self talk, and start changing the narrative in your mind.
Stop picking yourself apart for every little thing you don’t like. Start highlighting the good things you see in yourself, the things others see in you. It is okay to work toward changing yourself, while still showing up every day with that unconditional love for yourself.
Forgive yourself for whatever happened in the past. I used to be one who would beat myself up to no end when I did something to hurt someone, or if I failed myself. Feeling bad though, never helps, never changes your circumstances. Don’t be sorry, just be better. One day at a time.
We all deserve to give ourselves unlimited chances at trying again. You owe that to YOU. Do not give up on yourself. Not ever. ❤️
