My scenery has changed a bit. I’m away from the tropical beaches and into the mountains of Canada now! I’m hoping to get some cool content hiking and even riding helicopters 🚁 stay tuned 😏 I think it’s great to switch things up from what you’re used to. I went surfing twice this week! The waves weren’t very good but it felt good to get out there. Saturday I rode shore break which means the waves break close to the shore. It can be dangerous depending on the conditions. The waves were small so it was fun to practice!

Another fun sun top! I prefer wearing these to sunscreen. The sun can benefit you by producing vitamin D so I try to get some sun but if I’m out in the water for hours and the sunscreen washes off, the best alternative is a rash guard or UV protective shirt!

This board is designed differently than regular boards as it has a special “truck” which swivels more than regular ones. So this allows you to carve the board like a surf board! Went surfing Friday and there was so much seaweed! It was getting caught on my surfboard leash and weighing me down. Summer is the hardest season to do sports in Florida. I got a new skateboard that mimics surf turns so I’ll be posting some of that content in the next few days!

Don’t forget to use sunscreen. Although the sun can be good for you if you’re in the sun a lot it’s good to use SPF sometimes. I usually cover my face and tattoos to keep them from fading!
