I set aside a certain amount for our family. There were exactly 4 left this morning, meant to be an after dinner treat. My husband decided to eat two throughout the day. I had been anticipating the treat all day, only to see there was no longer enough. I gave the kids the last two as promised. But honestly. I want to cry. It's a rare treat for me, and I didn't get to enjoy one last taste. I did have one yesterday, fresh after baking, as did the kids and hubby. It's just I didn't get my last taste today as I was expecting all day. I told hubby I was upset and he has since apologized. But I'm still sad.
