I took a double class again today (2 - 60min flows) and I was just sweating through it with such grace then ending with lots of panting haha š Really in awe of my strength of mind to be able to push through any discomfort to find that Grace Zone. I find Iām my most sharpest in that focused zone, and deadly on point with my flow when I enter that mental space āļø So Iām gonna throw all my sweat soaked clothing and towels into the laundry and cook up some dinner. Feel free to stop on by you know I love guest for dinner. Dinner will be done in 2 hours šš¦
