

Swimming is a sport in which it is especially important to have an inner harmony of mind and body. 🏊♀️
These things are interconnected and responsible for each other, if one suffers, the other will suffer. When I swim, I try to turn off my head and not think about any problems. I concentrate on my body and perform all the elements clearly. Then I can swim much better. 🩱✨
