I added some cinnamon for mood 🥰 After coffee I made myself breakfast - muffin with cream and banana 😋 Simple but so delicious! Taking care of myself is just as important as making time for work 💗 And then I replaced my morning routine with a workout! 💪 The feeling of energy and lightness after physical activity is irreplaceable. Every time I exercise, I feel better both physically and emotionally 🏋️♀️🥰How do you usually spend your morning? 💖
