Added 2022-06-18 04:11:27 +0000 UTCI just started seeing a trainer today at the gym and I am so excited!!!!! It was really so much fun and I didn’t feel weird or anxious even when my arm turned to jelly and I made a weird yelling noise to try and complete a set lmao! I’ve never really done much for my physical health in the past but I’m really hoping I stuck with it and get super strong (•̀ᴗ•́)و the guy I’m working with owns the gym and also trains people for powerlifting so I might try and make that a goal for myself down the road :) (my attention span and motivation for things is typically very short so I’m really happy that I’m doing this now and will be forgiving with myself if I end up not continuing this to that end, but still :3 )
