Some of the videos I’ve been uploading are coming out looking like they’ve been bleached in a very uninspired art class—color saturation and contrast basically cut in half. No clue why. Nothing’s changed in the resolution, bit rate, format, or frame rate. File sizes are on par with past uploads that turned out fine.
I’ve tried saving them in every combination of settings possible, short of making a bl-ood sacrifice to the codec gods. Still no dice. Sent a support ticket, but I’m managing my expectations—AKA assuming I’ll be ignored gently and at length.
